Minimum of 10 years in a similar position (preferred). Experience with new product introductions. Technical knowledge of CNC machining, painting, and welding processes. Proven experience managing and leading teams. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects from initiation through completion. Solid knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SixSigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, PFMEA, Control Plan). Experience in risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) – mandatory.
