Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years in procurement or supply chain roles and 5+ years managing teams. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, ERP experience (Epicor preferred), procurement analytics tools, and supplier negotiations. Experience with machined components,metals, extrusions, and outside processing. Bilingual English/Spanish and strong analytical skills. Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing routers. Technical knowledge of aluminum and steel raw materials, extrusions, machining services, external processes, and injection-molded plastics. Experience sourcing from a global supplier base using various contractual models. Proven success participating in cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including cost modeling and supplier negotiations. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to gather relevant information, identify key issues, compare data from multiple sources, and develop appropriate solutions.
