Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar EHS position, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems . Experience as an ISO 14001 Internal Auditor is preferred. Knowledge and experience managing regulatory procedures and government requirements (STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COFEPRIS, and other applicable authorities). Experience in environmental programs, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures. Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs for employees at different organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 60% or higher). Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. AutoCAD knowledge is desirable.
