Freight Coordinator

Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in freight coordination, transportation, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations. Working knowledge of freight modes and shipping methods, including small parcel, LTL, FTL, and international shipments. Experience maintaining freight-related data such as rates, carrier information, invoices, and shipment records within ERP, TMS, or financial systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret freight data, identify trends, and prepare clear reports and KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, including pivot tables, data analysis, and basic dashboarding. Ability to apply and enforce standardized processes, guidelines, and internal controls. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with cost data and compliance metrics. Effective communication skills with the ability to partner with site teams, Supply Chain, and Finance. English is preferred.
