Signal Integrity Test Engineer (CBS)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, validating, or sustaining high-speed signal integrity test solutions for cable assemblies, connectors, backplanes, or related interconnect products. MUST Strong knowledge of signal integrity principles , including insertion loss, return loss, crosstalk, impedance, skew, eye diagrams, jitter, equalization, and bit-error-rate performance. Hands-on experience with BERT systems, pattern generators, error detectors, loopback configurations, and high-speed fixtures; must understand PRBS patterns, pattern lock, BER calculation, zero-error confidence testing, and interpretation of random, burst, and lane-specific errors. Experience with BERT platforms such as Keysight, Anritsu, Tektronix, or equivalent is preferred; familiarity with PAM4 and NRZ signaling, bathtub curves, eye-mask testing, and test-automation scripting is a strong plus. Working knowledge of high-volume cable assembly manufacturing and quality tools such as MSA, GR&R, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Pareto analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; equipment-control software, databases, Power BI, and MES are a plus. Results-oriented with a focus on yield improvement and test escape prevention. Strong analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills. Advanced English and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. NPI Project Manager (CBS)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience in electronics, connectors, cable assembly, semiconductor, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments. Proven experience managing NPI, product transfer, manufacturing launch, or complex cross-functional projects from development through production ramp. Strong project-management skills, including schedule development, milestone tracking, resource coordination, risk management, issue escalation, and executive reporting. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, process validation, SPC, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and change control. Working knowledge of high-speed cable assemblies, electronic interconnect products, and product qualification is preferred. PMP, APQP, or equivalent formal project-management training is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project; ERP/MRP, Power BI, and SharePoint are a plus. Results-oriented with a focus on on-time launch and cost control. Leadership skills and the ability to align technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across multiple sites and time zones.
