3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a dedicated focus on international accounts. Proven, hands-on experience with international VAT/GST applied to customer invoicing and transactions. Demonstrated experience handling multi-currency transactions and understanding the impact of foreign exchange (FX) on accounts receivable. Strong experience with customer account reconciliations and international collections. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, the AR lifecycle). Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a global customer base. High degree of accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Minimum Job Requirements: Experience with FX hedging concepts or reporting FX gains/losses. Familiarity with international trade documents (e.g., letters of credit). Knowledge of specific regional requirements (e.g., Latin America, APAC, EMEA). Experience using dedicated AR automation or collections software. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
