Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS and environmental compliance within manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of Mexican federal and state environmental regulations and applicable NOM-STPS requirements. Experience with: COA Federal and COA Estatal submissions Hazardous waste and special handling waste management Environmental permits and legal compliance Risk analysis for machinery and equipment Environmental impact and preventive reports Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements preferred. Experience managing procedures and interactions with government agencies and environmental authorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation skills with ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
